Private Secretary

Duties

To carry out duties related to private communication and confidential correspondences and matters associated with permission,

To organize works associated with awarding by the governor of achievement certificates, outstanding achievement certificates and awards,

To prepare and keep necessary information notes, institutional presentations and meeting documents for the governor,

To accept petitions, documents and faxes sent to the governor and to ensure that necessary actions are taken in accordance with the governor's instructions,

To handle visits, invitations, appointments and programs for the Governor, and to follow up and coordinate the same,

To organize works and acts associated with protection services for the governor,

To carry out document, archive and documentation works for units reporting to the private secretariat,

To organize processes between the Authority and the security forces, to keep the daily reports on the public order, and to undertaker correspondences and communications in this regard according to the governor's directive,

To organize relations of the governor's office with the armed forces under the directive of the governor in cases of martial law and emergencies,

To carry out correspondences and communication associated with exercising the authority vested in the governor by the Provincial Administration Law in cases when it is imperative to demand assistance from military forces,

In the event that a state of emergency is declared, to fulfill duties of correspondence, filing and archiving until the bureau required by Law on the State of Emergency No. 2935 and the Regulation on Establishment and Duties the State of Emergency Board and Bureaus and Identification and Payment of Consideration of Their Obligations that came into force as per the decision of Council of Ministers dated 21/2/1984 and numbered 84/7778 is established and in the event that the said bureaus are abolished,

To keep and, when necessary, properly destroy special purpose allowance and expenditure documents received by the authority such as intelligence, border negotiations, in accordance with the directive of the governor,

To carry out affairs concerning the special secretariat in accordance with the protective security legislation,

To execute other duties stipulated by the legislation or assigned by the governor.
