It was decided by the Provincial Public Health Board Council;
Given that the most fundamental feature of the coronavirus (COVID-19) disease, which was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) and which poses an epidemic risk in Turkey, is that it is transmitted very easily by physical contact, airway, etc. and that the number of infected people increases rapidly, given that the most effective way of preventing the spread of the epidemic is to ensure social isolation by reducing social mobility and contact between people, otherwise the spread of the virus will accelerate, leading to increased number of new cases and increased requirement for treatment, which will result in a life-threatening risk for the citizens and impairment of public health and order;
All market activities in which non-essential commodities such as clothes, toys, ornaments, bags etc. on stands and counters are sold, mainly the ones called as high-end flea market in the public, which were temporarily suspended in article one of the Decision dated 27/03/2020 and numbered 10 of the Provincial Public Health Council, may begin their operations as from 11/05/2020, Monday within the framework of the rules set below.
The issued determined in 7 articles above are attributed to the Provincial Public Health Board Decision.
