Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya shared the population growth of Istanbul.

Governor Yerlikaya stated that the population, which increased by 378,448 compared to last year, has become 15,840,900;

"Dear Istanbulites,

The population of our province has increased by 378,448 compared to last year ↗

and it has become 15,840,900 🙍🏻‍♀🙎🏻‍♂👶🏻

18.71% of our country's population resides in our province.

And the number of our fellow people per km² is 3,049 now"
