Istanbul Governor Ali Yerlikaya celebrated the 568th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul.
In his message, Governor Yerlikaya stated as follows:
"Dear People of Istanbul,
My Dear Fellow Citizens,
I greet you with the enthusiasm of our conquest day.
Thank God, who brought us to the 568th anniversary of the blessed conquest.
The Great Victory, the conquest of Istanbul, which opened the doors of the age of justice and peace to all humanity is the victory of wisdom, reason and science. It is an effort to serve the people and the God on a blessed path opened by faith.
May the God help us to be on this path at all times.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters,
When our ancestors conquered this city, they affixed our on every street, every district and every hill and made it the capital city of our civilization. We, too, shall continue to work together to keep our Istanbul alive as an eternal land of peace and well-being until the doomsday.
I remember Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han, the conqueror of the blessed conquest, and his victorious soldiers with mercy, blessing and gratitude.
Happy 568th anniversary of the conquest of Istanbul with the prayer that Istanbul, the heart of our civilization, where the two continents are connected to each other in harmony, will have its beautiful days we had before the pandemic as soon as possible!
On this occasion, let's listen to the important symbols of the conquest of our beautiful Istanbul from today's investigative authors.
Take good care of yourselves!"
