LEGALIZATION (Normal legalization)

  • Public document to be legalized.
  • ID bearing the TR ID number of the person bringing the document.
  • If the person bringing the document is a foreigner, his/her passport or residence permit.
  • If documents pertaining to different persons are brought by companies or visa firms, a list on the letterhead of the company that shows names of persons.

*** Apostille legalization procedures and legalization of documents issued or approved by the Consulates in our province may only be carried out by the District Governor's Offices. ***

A document is legalized in a few minutes. The completion time varies depending on number of documents to be legalized.

To accept applications filed with the Presidency of the Damage Assessment Commission under Law no. 5233.

 

Documents demanded in case of applications filed due to injury:

  • Petition.
  • Incident Report - Record of Complainant's Testimony describing how the incident happened and who were affected.
  • The first intervention reports of the health institution after the injury occurred, the documents regarding the treatments and the report showing number of days when the wounded has been incapable of working. (Sick Leave Report)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate

Documents demanded in case of applications filed due to marriage:

  • Petition.
  • Incident Report - Record of Complainant's Testimony describing how the incident happened and who were affected.
  • The first intervention reports of the health institution after the injury occurred, the documents regarding the treatments and the report showing number of days when the wounded has been incapable of working (sick leave report), or the Health Board Report showing level of disability, in case of a disability.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Documents demanded in case of applications filed due to death:

  • Petition.
  • Incident Report - Record of Complainant's Testimony describing how the incident happened and who were affected.
  • The Minute for Examination and Autopsy of the Deceased, in case of no such minute, documents explaining the reasons for not issuing the same and Burial License, if any.
  • Detailed Civil Registry Extract
  • Certificate of Inheritance

Documents demanded in case of applications filed due to damage of caused on movable and immovable properties:

  • Petition.
  • Incident Report - Record of Complainant's Testimony describing how the incident happened and who were affected.
  • Any and all records and documents indicating whether the damaged movable and immovable properties are at the disposal of the applicant or not (Title Deed-Vehicle License-Lease Contract).
  • For those who have a Property, Workplace Insurance or Motor Insurance, a letter explaining why the Insurance Companies do not make a payment if they do not make a payment.
  • If the party suffering a loss is a Company; -Signature Circular. (Those authorized to represent the company) - Tax Board.

***Applications must be filed within 60 days after becoming aware of the incident as per article 6 of the Law on Compensation of Damages Caused by Terrorism and Combat Against Terrorism no. 5233.***

 

6 months as of the application date

 (In compulsory cases, it can be extended for 3 months with the consent of the Governor's Office.)

Works and procedures concerning the pensioning as per additional article 1 inserted into the Law on Compensation of Losses Arising from Terrorism and Combat Against Terrorism no. 5233 under the Law no. 6353 published in the volume of the Official Gazette dated 12.07.2012 and no. 28351.

Documents to be demanded for those who will be pensioned as per additional article 1 inserted into the Law on Compensation of Losses Arising from Terrorism and Combat Against Terrorism dated 17/07/2004 and no. 5233 under the Law dated 04/07/2012 and no. 6353 published in the volume of the Official Gazette dated 12/07/2012 and no. 28351.

Documents demanded for Pensioning the Person who suffered a loss:

  • Petition
  • Decision of the Damage Determination Commission
  • Identity Inquiry Certificate
  • the Health Board Report rated according to Law no. 5233 (degree 1, 2, 3)
  • Detailed Civil Registry Extract
  • Incident Scene Investigation Report
  • Letter of Undertaking

Documents demanded for Pensioning the spouse of the Person who suffered a loss:

  • Petition
  • Decision of the Damage Determination Commission
  • Identity Inquiry Certificate

  • Certificate of Inheritance

Documents demanded for Pensioning the children of the Person who suffered a loss:

  • Petition
  • Decision of the Damage Determination Commission
  • Identity Inquiry Certificate
  • Detailed Civil Registry Extract
  • Certificate of Inheritance
  • Student Certificate for those older than 18 years of age
  • Incident Scene Investigation Report
  • Letter of Undertaking

Documents demanded for Pensioning the Parents of the Person who suffered a loss:

  • Petition
  • Decision of the Damage Determination Commission (certified as true copy)
  • Identity Inquiry Certificate
  • Detailed Civil Registry Extract
  • Certificate of Inheritance
  • Incident Scene Investigation Report
  • Letter of Undertaking

 

* All documents will be certified as “Original” or “True Copy". If the documents are certified as “True Copy", the name and title of the certifying person will be included in the documents.*

 

When the documents prepared by the victims of the terrorism incidents in our province are delivered to our Directorate in their entirety, they are sent to the Social Security Institution without wasting time.

To accept notices contained in the Law. No. 2911 on Meetings and Demonstrations.

Necessary documents:

  • A notification notice to be signed by the chairman and members of an organization board composed of at least (7) persons, indicating the purpose of the meeting, venue of the meeting, start and finish time, identities, professions, residence addresses and workplaces, if any, of the chairman and members of the organization board, addressed to our Directorate to be submitted at least 48 hours before time of the event.
  • TR ID numbers or birth certificate copies of members of the Organization Board.
  • Criminal Record Declarations of the Organization Board.
  • Permit issued by the Ministry of Interior through the relevant Governor's Office for foreigners to take part in the organization board
  • The event program to be signed by any member of the organization board.
  • The photocopy of a resolution book related to applications to be filed by legal entities such as political parties, foundations, associations, etc.
  • Identity information of the people who will address the crowd during meetings and demonstrations,
  • License and registration plate details of audio broadcasting vehicles to be used for invitation announcements and ID details of drivers of such vehicles.
  • List of places where invitation announcements will be made,
  • List of posters, placard and slogan.

The notification of the event should be made within the working hours and no less than 48 hours prior to the event, and is answered until the date of event.

To accept exceptions set forth in Article 4 titled Exceptions of the Law on Meetings and Demonstrations no. 2911.

Required documents for applications by Association, Foundation, Trade Union or Political Party:

  • Notification indicating the purpose, venue, date, start and finish times of the event at least 48 hours before the event takes place and during working hours.
  • A decision of the board of directors.
  • Agreement for the allocation of space for the event.

Documents required for applications by companies and legal entities:

  • Notification indicating the purpose, venue, date, start and finish times of the event at least 48 hours before the event takes place and during working hours.
  • Agreement for the allocation of space for the event.

The notification of the event should be made within the working hours and no less than 48 hours prior to the event, and is answered until the date of event.

To accept the notifications set forth in additional article 1 of the Law on Duties and Authority of Police No. 2559.

The required documents for applications by real persons:

  • Notification petition indicating the purpose, venue, date, start and finish times of the event at least 48 hours before the event takes place and during working hours.
  • A document showing the Turkish identification number, criminal record declaration, address, telephone number, profession and business address of applicants and artists who will perform at the event.
  • Passport photocopy if the performers who will take the stage or persons who have a part in the play or show are foreigners.

Documents required for applications by Companies:

  • Notification petition indicating the purpose, venue, date, start and finish times of the event at least 48 hours before the event takes place and during working hours.
  • Photocopy of the signature circular,
  • Photocopy of tax board,
  • Photocopy of certificate of good standing,
  • Photocopy of the location agreement,
  • Photocopy of the private security agreement,
  • A copy of the ticket,
  • A document showing Turkish identification number, criminal record declaration, address, telephone number, profession and business address of the performers who will take the stage.
  • Passport photocopy if the performers who will take the stage or persons who have a part in the play or show are foreigners.

Documents required for applications by Association, Foundation, Trade Union, Public Institutions and Organizations, Universities, Public and Private Education Institutions or Political Party:

  • Notification petition indicating the purpose, venue, date, start and finish times of the event at least 48 hours before the event takes place and during working hours.
  • Photocopy of the Board of Directors decision,
  • Photocopy of the location agreement,
  • Photocopy of the private security agreement,
  • A copy of the ticket,
  • A document showing Turkish identification number, criminal record declaration, address, telephone number, profession and business address of the performers who will take the stage.
  • Passport details if the performers who will take the stage or persons who have a part in the play or show are foreigners.

* In accordance with the approval letter of the Authority of Governor's Office regarding the events to be organized within the scope of additional Article 1 of Law No. 2559 on Transfer of Authority dated 16.06.2014 and numbered 30120, Public Institutions and Organizations, Universities, Public and Private Education Institutions, Foundations and Associations are required to apply to District Governor's Offices.*

The notification of the event should be made within the working hours and no less than 48 hours prior to the event, and is answered until the date of event.
