Duties
To execute works and procedures within the scope of the Law on Cash Compensation and Pensioning dated 3/11/1980 and numbered 2330 and the Regulation on Cash Compensation and Pensioning that became effective under a decision of the Council of Ministers dated 25/11/1992 and numbered 92/3809,
To organize maintenance and repair of the government office, and to ensure that the building and its vicinity are cleaned and to ensure that installations such as electricity, water, natural gas and heating systems operate properly, and to keep meeting halls and technical equipment belonging to the Governor's Office ready for use at all times,
To have vehicles of the governor's office services, repaired, to handle leasing, refueling and insurance of such vehicles, and to ensure that personnel shuttle buses and vehicles reserved for service are operational in the framework of rules set,
To prepare budget proposals for the lunch allowances given to the personnel of the governor's office and to execute works and acts related to provision of allowances
To execute procedures related to the lodging belonging to the governor's office in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Public Housing dated 9/11/1983 and numbered 2946 and the Regulation on Public Housing that became effective under the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 16/7/1984 and numbered 84/8345,
To ensure that provisions of the Law on Turkish Flag dated 22/9/1983 and No. 2893 are implemented at the government office and additional buildings,
To ensure the implementation of the legislation on civil defense and protective security in the government office and additional buildings, to monitor and to carry out the works and operations in coordination with units,
To organize and execute services and activities of news center of the governor's office,
To execute works and procedures required by the Regulation on Movable Goods that became effective as per the decision of the Council of Ministers dated 28/12/2006 and numbered 2006/11545 and to execute works and procedures associated with procurement of equipment, tools and materials required for the governor's office and its units, keeping records of the same and leasing and purchasing of buildings and lands required,
To execute other duties stipulated by the legislation and assigned by the governor.
