Administration and Supervision Director
Duties of the Administration and Supervision Directorate are as follows:
To take actions with regards to decisions sent to the governor's office as per the Law on Private Provincial Administration no. 5302, Municipality Law no. 5393 and Metropolitan Municipality Law no. 5216.
to supervise the local administrative unions as per the Law on Local Administrative Unions no. 5355, to report individual debts that may be identified during the supervision to the relevant union so that such union can take a decision, and to examine individual debt decisions taken by the authorized bodies of unions and refer those decisions for which an application has to be filed with the administrative justice to the Directorate of Legal Affairs Branch,
To carry out the works and acts related to the use of the supervision and control authority and other guardianship duties and powers of the governor's office on local administrations and establishments, enterprises, organizations and associations established by local administrations and local administrations,
To execute procedures of establishment of municipalities, merger of some villages or their subsidiaries with municipalities,
To respond requests of local administrations and local administrative unions for opinion on legal issues, and to refer those requests requiring Ministerial opinion to the Ministry
To execute work and procedures related to leave, sickness, suspension, resignation, death of headmen of village and quarters,
To execute works and procedures related to local administrations and local administrative unions which need to be carried out by the governor's offices and district governor's offices as per the Law on Private Provincial Administration no. 5302, Municipality Law no. 5393, Metropolitan Municipality Law no. 5216, the Law on Local Administrative Unions no. 5355 and other laws.

To execute other duties stipulated by the legislation or assigned by the governor.
